Laura Jacksack focuses her practice on political and election law, and small business law, advising and representing both non-profit and for-profit businesses, as well as individuals and political entities.
Laura counsels clients on federal and Illinois campaign finance law, candidate filings, challenges, litigation, Election Day issues and post-election ballot counting and recounts. She further provides advice regarding ballot integrity issues, and ethics and campaign finance regulations.
Laura also advises for-profit businesses and non-profit entities on a similar range of topics, as well as business formation, corporate governance, and client counseling matters.
Laura holds a J.D. from the University of Illinois and a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Northwestern University.
